Very true Carole. Some days, I find it hard to remember whether I'm supposed to going up or downstairs, and just get stuck halfway up (or down)...lol

I forget things too. I have a notebook to tekae to the doctor's when I go with notes of how I've been and last night, I forgot to take the notebook!!!
